Bio: The duo behind the fashion outerwear label Mackage started building their successful business at the tender age of twelve. As childhood friends, Eran Elfassy and Elisa Dahan started sketching designs and chatting up their future fashion careers during their elementary school days! Never losing sight of their wild childhood imagination; Elisa and Eran stuck together through fashion school and have since built one of the most prestigious outerwear brands in North America. Their rough doodles on desks turned into design accolades and a massive fan following in just ten years! Mackage is now recognized on the international fashion scene. Season after season, their daring genius gives rise to a collection that is as sexy as it is glamorous. Elisa and Eran’s avant-guard approach, originality and creative drive continue to ttrct the admiration of stylish women around the world. Inspired by detail, fine craftsmanship and a defined creative vision, the Mackage designers have fashioned coats with an attitude. In addition to being a true success story, Mackage is a family run business based in Montreal, Quebec. In 1999, Eran and Elisa joined the APP Group, leaders in the outerwear business and founded by Eran’s older brother Michel and Ilan Elfassy in 1990. Michel’s daughter Danielle even inspired the name of the brand when she mispronounced the French word “maquillage” for Mackage!
